As a Clinical Pharmacist and Doctor of Chiropractic, Dr. Sheffield brings over 35 years of clinical experience spanning spinal biomechanics, nutrition support, oncology, and infectious disease. She graduated with honors from the University of Texas College of Pharmacy and authored curriculum for their Sterile Admixtures Course. Later, she earned her chiropractic degree from Parker University, where she served as a student representative and international chiropractic leader.

Dr. Sheffield now practices integrative gentle spine care, including Upper Cervical specific techniques, at Westlake Chiropractic, PLLC in Austin, Texas. She also owns Ginger Root Health & Wellness, where she provides personalized bio-energetic wellness solutions and operates Austin’s Harmonic Egg®.
