Refunds

Tickets are non-refundable but are transferrable to another person for the same event.

When and where is the conference?

September 15-18, 2022 at The Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, CA

Which airport is closest to the Beverly Hilton Hotel?

Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) Distance from Hotel: 13 miles. Drive Time: 20-30 min.

Do I need to rent a car?

Only if you do not intend to use Uber or Lyft and/or plan to do sightseeing.

What is the daily flow of the conference?

VIP and Preferred ticket holders will have exclusive access to the Exhibiting Areas daily at 8:00 am. Opening Keynote is daily at 9 am. An organic plated lunch will be served all 3 days of the Conference for ticketed guests. There will be a vegetarian/vegan option. There will be Upgrade U breakout sessions daily. All Keynote and Upgrade U breakout sessions will be filmed and available to ticketed Conference attendees for viewing within 30 days of the conference close. Evenings include community-building events, as well as ticketed VIP Dinners.  The closing Keynote by Dave Asprey will be Saturday, September 17. Tech and exhibiting areas will remain open after the Closing Keynote until 5 pm.

What should I wear?

Conference dress is casual, as our exhibiting partners will be hosting demonstrations and you want to be comfortable. Due to the stage lighting required for filming (and to keep our presenters from melting), the Main Stage room will be kept VERY COOL, so we highly recommend layered clothing, including a hoodie, wrap, or jacket.

May I bring my kids?

Children are welcomed, with a ticket purchase, as seating is limited and all seats are paid. If you do bring children, please be respectful to the speakers, other attendees, and our partners by exiting sessions, if your child needs to let off some steam.

What are my on-site food options?

The Coffee Bar will open daily at 7 am and a daily organic plated lunch will be served daily in the Main Stage room for Conference ticket holders. Also, our food and beverage partners will be sampling throughout the Conference. The Beverly Hilton Hotel has a Marketplace and gift shop as well as several on-site restaurants. In addition, there are many exceptional restaurants within walking distance. And, as always, if you have specific dietary restrictions, please come prepared with your own food or snacks.

How do I upgrade my ticket?

Upgrades are subject to availability and may be purchased in advance by writing to support@biohackingconference.com and, on-site, at the Registration counter.
